2021 Law Enforcement Training
In partnership with the Nebraska Department of Transportation - Highway Safety Office and
Region 6 Behavioral Healthcare, Project Extra Mile is coordinating
a Free, Statewide, VIRTUAL Law Enforcement Training.
April 21, 2021
9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
The training will focus on preventing and reducing alcohol-related harms through
Compliance Checks
The registration will be limited to the first 100 participants and the
deadline to register is April 16, 2021.
A private Zoom link will be sent to all confirmed registrants after receipt of registration.
Training Topics:
- Planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating on alcohol compliance checks
- Research on the effectiveness of youth alcohol enforcement efforts
- Overcoming challenges while conducting compliance check operations
- Building partnerships and community support for underage drinking prevention efforts
